Summer = Corn.
I’m well aware that it’s not quite corn season. I’m also well aware that Fresh corn kicks Grocery Store corn’s ass every single time, but the recent hot days put me in the mood for corn. When I want a simple corn recipe, I turn to Corn Fritters. We shucked, clean, scraped, mixed, fried, and consumed. What did we forget to do? Photograph them prior to eating. Just trust me that it’s an easy and delicious recipe.
